Well, then, it's time for the annual update on what's been going on in SharkPorkLand™.

Not a whole lot, really. Time in the Real World seems to have taken precedence over Cyber-time crawling through the internets and avoiding the series of tubes, and I haven't really had the need to do a bunch of revamping of the domain.

I did up the ante at my host, Hostrocket, though, so now I've got more space and the ability to host other domains, which I'll do if the need arises.

Now, Back to your regularly scheduled browsing of the internets.

Ok, here is the status of the quo:

Re-installed phpbb forums, for both ForumPork and the MSCC (Madison Sports Car Club) Forums. Links are right there at the top.

Installed Gallery2, and started digging around on my hard drives and finding all my photos to re-upload again.

I'm going to have to go back and re-link most of my forum post pics, or something, once I get everything back up and running, because the old gallery system (1.3, I think) had a completely different naming scheme for the photos. I might try and organize the gallery a little more too, instead of it being so hodgepodge. We'll see.

Well, as of last Thursday, the server that hosted SharkPork.com died. I didn't have a really recent backup, but I do have the MySQL databases for the forums and the Gallery that I had. However, the content of the gallery itself is not here anymore, nor is the rest of the site.

So, I figured to sort of start over for now, and see where it leads.

Nothing much around for now, but it will be coming back soon.
